TERMS:
• A non-refundable deposit of $500 + GST is due from each individual at time of booking to secure their spot. Spots are on a First Come First Serve basis
• Full payment is due September 29, 2025. All payments must be received by September 29, 2025.
• Individual cancellations are permitted up to 14 days before departure and will be refunded in full, less the $500 non-refundable deposit. Cancellations with less than 14 days’ notice will be non-refundable. Substitutions can be made without penalty up until 7 days prior to departure.
