Description

JOIN US for this workshop to learn about the experiences of newcomers and their families, including the significant pre-migration challenges and the impacts and influences that shape their lives as they adjust to new environments.

The workshop will help you understand how to take a trauma-informed approach, allowing you to work compassionately with trauma survivors and create a supportive and understanding community for all.

Karin Linschoten, MA, CCC-S is the Training and Outreach Coordinator for the Multicultural Health Brokers Coop (MHBC). She was born and raised in Germany and comes to us with 25 years of extensive training in trauma therapy and immigration support services.
