FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: (Leduc) This month, the Leduc, Nisku & Wetaskiwin Chamber of Commerce is hosting the DFW Career Services Expo + Regional Job Fair, a unique event that offers 'something for everyone.' Attendees can explore our region's local products and services, participate in exciting prize draws, and indulge in local food and drinks. The event features fun, free activities like face painting, balloon twisting and games. With a wide variety of exhibitors, services, and products, shoppers will surely find something they love.

This year's Regional Job Fair, supported by the Alberta Chamber of Commerce and the province of Alberta, working in partnership with the Government of Canada to provide employment support programs and services, is creating a new opportunity for job seekers. In addition to meeting and speaking with local employers on the spot, job seekers can access a range of free resources. These include professional resume reviews, social media consultations, interview prep, and headshots. Whether you're starting your career or looking to advance, this job fair is designed to support all career aspirations and help you connect with great local employers. 

Attendees will discover the region's dynamic local businesses and their offerings. Friends and family can attend together to enjoy an experience filled with great entertainment, products, services, prizes, and jobs. The Leduc Lions Club will serve a pancake breakfast on Saturday from 8 to 10:30 a.m. The Leduc Expo will be held Saturday, April 20, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Sunday, April 21, from 10 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. at the Leduc Recreation Center (LRC) in the Curling Rink, 4330 Black Gold Drive, Leduc.
