Tim Brisibe (Director of Tax & Estate Planning - Mackenzie Financial) will talk about being prepared for unforeseen events that may force succession upon a business. He will talk about use of an estate freeze combined with Powers of Attorney and wills to ensure a incorporated business will survive the incapacity or death of the owner. He will also discuss tax savings strategies that apply on the death of a shareholder. Workshop starts at 6pm Thursday June 15th. Dinner will be served during the presentation.
