The Light House Cowork is a community business space that offers a productive work environment including private offices, meeting rooms, open cowork lounge with flex/hot desks. Coworking members pay a monthly membership to be able to utilize the space based on their needs. 

The Light House Cowork is a bright, energetic, and comfortable space for working, creating, learning, meeting, and connecting. Our membership model is much like a gym membership with short term commitment terms so you have the flexibility to use our space as your business needs with low overhead. 

We provide a flexible business workspace with:

• Private Office space for 1-4 people (month to month or long term)
• Part time private office (hourly or daily rentals)
• Meeting Room Space for up to 30 people (hourly + daily rates)
• Dedicated desks (weekly or month to month)
• Hot Desks / Open Coworking Desks (daily, weekly or month to month)
• Mailbox / Virtual Office Memberships
• Co-warehouse storage space from 1 shelving unit up to a 900 sq ft (business storage)
