Please join our family journey as as we take our berry farm, apiary and mead-making hobby to the next level. We’ve had this saskatoon berry farm for fourteen years, been keeping bees and making mead for five years, and now we think it’s time to introduce our mead to the Edmonton area. We’re already making mead for sale through Rig Hand Distillery in Nisku. (https://righanddistillery.com) They’re graciously incubating our mead-making business and we’re producing about a hundred bottles a month at this point. A new fermenter went into action in July 2019, and a larger one will arrive in time to make a sizeable batch of our signature Saucy Saskatoon Berry Mead for October.
