JOIN US for an immersive, realistic scenario simulation where you'll experience firsthand how quickly a cybersecurity event can escalate and what critical decisions must be made. Through guided breakout sessions, executives will practice crisis management, internal and external communications, and understand the importance of preparedness and clear response planning when it comes to Cyber Security.

Who is this session for: Organizations with approximately 10 team members or more. (Organizations with less than 10 team members are still welcome to attend but the content may be less relevant to your business depending on your industry and organization).

This statement is so true... Except that most businesses don't have an incident response plan. When they do get punched in the face they're left scrambling to respond, and the punches keep coming. The businesses who recover the best, the fastest, and at the lowest cost are the ones who have practiced their drills, and who know what's coming next.

Cybersecurity incidents have evolved from being purely IT issues to serious business crises, capable of impacting financial stability, client trust, and reputation overnight. This unique virtual workshop is specifically designed for business owners and senior executives, emphasizing that managing cybersecurity incidents is a core leadership responsibility, not just an IT function.

Participants will engage in an immersive, realistic scenario simulation where they'll experience firsthand how quickly a cybersecurity event can escalate and what critical decisions must be made. Through guided breakout sessions, executives will practice crisis management, internal and external communications, and understand the importance of preparedness and clear response planning.

We recommend bringing a minimum of 2 representatives from your company who are in management roles and who would be involved in responding to a business crisis. This typically includes ownership, operations management, and financial controllers.
